Oasis Services was so helpful and easy to work with.  Their timeliness, clear communication, respect for the home, and high quality of their work set them apart as an incredible company. Even though my AC broke during their busiest season and at the end of the work week, the company worked with me to get a technician to my house quickly and fixed my AC the same day.  Despite how busy Oasis Services' weekend schedule had to be in August, the technician I worked with didn't rush and made sure to thoroughly check everything in order to guarantee a resolution to the problem (and potential future problems) instead of just providing a quick fix.

Richard and his team at Oasis are extremely knowledgeable and provided a very professional, high-quality repair of my HVAC system. They’re a local company that truly takes pride in their work, and they’ll definitely be my go-to from now on. I’ve had problems in the past with a larger company that couldn’t seem to get the job done and kept telling me my system was fine. Oasis came out, properly diagnosed the system, and found multiple issues—including one that stemmed from a previous warranty repair that wasn’t done correctly. The turnaround was quick, the work was done right, and the professionalism was outstanding. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review I can’t say enough good things about Richard and the team at Oasis Service. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. We had a new AC system installed, and Richard and his crew were professional, respectful, and hardworking throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood everything along the way. What really stood out was Richard’s commitment to customer satisfaction. He personally stopped by the next day to do a final walkthrough and make sure everything was working properly and that I was completely happy with the installation. He even took photos of the units and handled the warranty registration with Carrier himself, which was a pleasant surprise and showed how much he cares about his customers. It’s rare to find a company that takes this much pride in their work and follows through on every detail. Richard and his team delivered exactly what they promised, and the quality of their work speaks for itself. I would confidently recommend Oasis Service to friends, family, and anyone looking for an honest, reliable HVAC company.
