Times are tough, Texas heat is brutal, but Richard and the Oasis team never disappoint! We have had OS out to service and repair both our homes this summer and the service, reports, and pricing are exceptional! We greatly appreciate the authenticity everyone provided and options presented to help prioritize our hvac needs and budget. My family and I greatly appreciate Richard and the Oasis team for exceeding our expectations, always going above and beyond in every visit and service provided! Oasis Services was so helpful and easy to work with.  Their timeliness, clear communication, respect for the home, and high quality of their work set them apart as an incredible company. Even though my AC broke during their busiest season and at the end of the work week, the company worked with me to get a technician to my house quickly and fixed my AC the same day.  Despite how busy Oasis Services' weekend schedule had to be in August, the technician I worked with didn't rush and made sure to thoroughly check everything in order to guarantee a resolution to the problem (and potential future problems) instead of just providing a quick fix.

Richard and his team at Oasis are extremely knowledgeable and provided a very professional, high-quality repair of my HVAC system. They’re a local company that truly takes pride in their work, and they’ll definitely be my go-to from now on. I’ve had problems in the past with a larger company that couldn’t seem to get the job done and kept telling me my system was fine. Oasis came out, properly diagnosed the system, and found multiple issues—including one that stemmed from a previous warranty repair that wasn’t done correctly. The turnaround was quick, the work was done right, and the professionalism was outstanding.
